What To Do? It's in the Music
Here's a spacey dreamy song from 1975. I used to just lay back in a reverie listening to this song when I was living in a cabin in the mountains. I think this is a beautiful melancholy song that my mind can drift along with. The fantasy artwork images on the video are pretty dreamlike too.
Are there times when you're just not sure where you're going in life or what you should do? Does music bring out the best in you and keep you company?

I don't think it would be 'life' if I wasn't worried where I was going and what I was doing. I love music but I have also noticed over the years that I would rather have it quiet in the house. And then sometimes I just turn the TV on for company. I do my best music listening in the car.
ReplyDeleteHi Arlee popped by to see what you were doing. Dreaming again??
ReplyDeleteYes music does soothe and inspire tho I have to admit quiet often does as well. I almost have the cabin in the woods. We have the woods just not a cabin.
Hope all is well

I didn't realize you had this blog as well, Arlee. Nice! ☺ To answer your question, I've been wrestling with that very thing recently and still haven't found my answer. Couldn't handle getting through life without music in any case.
ReplyDeleteLet the Music Play!
Have a great summer!
JoJo -- I think if we weren't worried about where we were going in life then something would happen to shake us into worrying.
ReplyDeleteMoon -- I never stop dreaming.
Debbie-- Your music post expressed how I feel about music too.
